The Purpose of this blog is for you to learn more about me, my legal practice, and topics in law that interest me. Let’s kick it off with giving you more information about me!
When I graduated from Louisiana State University I started working in Mayor Mitch Landrieu’s Office of Communication. Working for the Mayor in his first term was an amazing opportunity that gave me much needed guidance in determining what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. After my “year off” I was ready to attend Tulane Law. Working in Mayor Mitch Landrieu’s office gave me the opportunity to work directly with constituents from around the New Orleans Area and I realized that working with people was where I wanted to spend my career.
As law school came to an end I had another opportunity to work in politics. The opportunity to work for Senator Mary Landrieu on her campaign gave me a much-needed change of scenery and I enjoyed working with Louisianans from across the state. Working directly with people and for people has always been a passion of mine and I’ve tried to incorporate it in every aspect of my work.
